Thrive is a charity in the UK that is using gardening to changes the lives of disabled people. They aim to help people who want to garden at home, on an allotment or in a community setting. The website offers tip for disabled and older age gardeners to help them in their own gardens, and Thrive also run a range of garden and parks projects nationally. Thrive delivers Social and Therapeutic Horticulture programmes in the former TV gardens in Kings Heath Park, Birmingham. We have places for **stroke survivors **and people living with a **brain injury** on a gardening programme. The benefits of gardening with us include improved physical health, strength and stamina, mobility, balance, fine and gross motor skills, better sleep, and a reduction in pain and sleep medication.
